Stress Busters

This activity-based workshop will get staff to: 
  • Try out tangible stress management tools to handle the high stress of a camp job and keep mental health in check.  
  • Fill out their own stress Busters toolkit.

Deal With Conflict
​(50 min)
Conflict is one of the leading causes of stress.  
​In this session we will go over:
  • ​Kathleen’s 3 Ways to Conflict Model and explore new ways of speaking up and out with co-workers when needed.  
  • Approachability Statements so that our peers and leaders know how to interact with us when giving feedback.
Share & Connect 
​(50 min)
For this session Kathleen will set us up for success when having more vulnerable conversations.

Staff will break into groups and share their answers to:

Can we just use the recording instead of showing up at a Specific time?
Absolutely!  The recording is yours to use with your camp team in any way that works best for your community.
Can we come to part of the conference but not the whole thing?
For sure!  Do what is right for your training schedule.  You could use the recording to finish the workshops during your training if that works for you.
CAn my senior staff attend an earlier session and then bring full staff to another?
Definitely.  Once you have purchased a full-staff session just send an email to [email protected] - and I will make sure that you get the link.
