There are a series of Strong & Kind training workshops for camp staff.

We've got two goals for camp staff:

1. Help them meet our camper's increased behaviours.
2. Prepare them to manage their own mental health throughout the summer.

All the training is camp-specific and practical; people leave with tools they can put to use immediately.

And of course, the skills trickle down to the campers!
